How to buy?
Orders can be placed: online, by phone, or in Zoomserie confectioneries.

Order in Zoomserie confectioneries
We invite you daily to the Zoomserie confectioneries for consultation, additional information, and orders.

Order by Phone
Request information and place orders at the phone number in the “Contact” section between 12:00-20:00.

Order Online 
Order Zoomserie products online whether you have an account or not on https://www.cofetariazoomserie.ro/. The difference is the time saved in filling in your personal information, delivery address, and billing details (if applicable).
If you already have an account on https://www.cofetariazoomserie.ro/, in the top right in the “Login” section, enter your e-mail address and password to automatically retrieve your information along with your ordered products.
If you don’t have an account, you must fill in your personal information, address, and delivery details, etc. 
Online Order:
Click on the product you want to order.
Select the quantity in pieces/kilograms (unit of measure).
Click on the Add to Cart button. The product has been added to the Shopping Cart  and you can continue browsing for more products you want to add to your final order. Even if you don’t have an account on https://www.cofetariazoomserie.ro/, the website remembers your selections, so you can freely browse among the hundreds of Zoomserie products.
Check the list of products in your Shopping Cart  (product, quantity, shape, approximate weight, etc.), make any desired changes, and then click Continue to finalize your order.
Carefully fill in the fields: personal information (name, contact, address) and additional options – company invoicing and different delivery address (if applicable). Fields marked with (*) are mandatory.
Choose the payment method (Card/ Cash/Bank Transfer) and the delivery date, read and accept the Terms and Conditions on https://www.cofetariazoomserie.ro/ and then finalize the order by clicking Place Order.
You will receive an automatic message acknowledging receipt of your order, which does NOT represent its confirmation. After checking stock availability, our team will contact you by phone as soon as possible to confirm the order and arrange the delivery details.

Order Payment 
Prices are displayed with VAT included.
There are 3 payment methods available:
– cash payment, you pay in cash upon delivery
– card payment, you pay by card through the NETOPIA payment service
– bank transfer payment, you pay by bank transfer

Order Completion 
Once we receive your order, we will contact you by phone to verify together the provided information, selected products, and to mutually agree on delivery details.
Delivery will then follow, according to what has been mutually agreed and your request from the online order form, accompanied by the specific accompanying documents.
