How we deliver?

How do we deliver?
You can place online orders NON-STOP for Zoomserie products wherever you are.
Delivery time: is the date and time slot selected by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery schedule: 10:00-21:00
The minimum order for delivery is 200 lei (VAT included); an additional delivery fee applies.

Attention! 
The refrigerated transport capacity of Zoomserie confectionery is limited, therefore we reserve the right to refuse orders that we cannot fulfill within the requested time slot.
Orders are scheduled for delivery in the chronological order in which they are received.
Even if you have completed the online order, it will not be considered accepted until it is confirmed by phone by our operator.
If you selected a delivery time when our transport capacity is already fully booked, when contacted by our operator for order confirmation, they will try to reschedule your order for another available time slot. If you agree, the closest possible available time will be arranged. If you do not agree to reschedule, the order will be canceled.
A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required if your order includes at least one customized product.
Our products are delivered under optimal conditions, meeting and respecting all food safety procedures.

Handmade production may influence the results
The images on this website are for informational purposes; the decoration of standard cakes may vary depending on the season and stock availability at the time of the order. Zoomserie products are handmade and may differ in quantity by +/- “x” grams depending on the product.
Customized cakes cannot be identical, as they are handcrafted and may have slight variations in appearance or size (photos may show cakes smaller or larger than your requested quantity).
If you request a different model than those shown on https://www.cofetariazoomserie.ro/, you must accept a margin of +/- 500 grams, which will be reflected in the final amount payable. As it is a unique project, we can only estimate the minimum quantity required for its realization.

 

Punctuality of Deliveries
Don’t worry about the delivery — both our IT system and our delivery system are well organized, and your order will arrive on time, according to the agreement confirmed by phone.
On special days or when weather conditions are unfavorable, orders may be delayed; you will be notified by phone of the adjusted delivery time. 
Special days:
All Saturdays and Sundays and the following days: January 7 (St. John), February 14 (Valentine’s Day), March 1 (Mărțișor Day), March 8 (Women’s Day), Friday before Easter, May 21 (St. Helen), August 15 (St. Mary), August 30 (St. Alexander), November 8 (St. Michael and Gabriel), November 30 (St. Andrew), December 6 (St. Nicholas), and the days between December 18–24, December 30–31.

Delivery Terms
Zoomserie confectionery products can be delivered depending on the complexity of their preparation. These details will also be discussed during the phone confirmation of your order.
Here are the guidelines we use to calculate the minimum delivery time:
- Orders placed for standard products before 23:59 are delivered the next day starting at 12:00.
- 72 hours – customized products with low-complexity craftsmanship;
- minimum 5 days – customized products with medium-complexity craftsmanship;
- minimum 14 days – customized products with special compositions and high-complexity craftsmanship.
